Born and raised in Delhi, Dr. R N Mittal witnessed firsthand the disparities in society—children begging instead of attending school, families struggling for a single meal, and communities trapped in cycles of poverty. These experiences inspired him to create systemic, sustainable change. Before founding the Trust in 2017, Dr. R N Mittal gained extensive experience in community development through grassroots organizations. His academic background in Social Work, combined with practical field experience, equips him with both theoretical knowledge and insights into real-world developmental challenges. Dr. R N Mittal believes that true development occurs when communities are empowered to solve their own problems. His leadership focuses on transparency, community participation, and sustainable interventions.
